Central and Regional Estates Ltd (CARE) is a property company formed to obtain sites and construct state of the art care villages for those living with dementia.

The villages accommodate 120 residents in 6 bed apartments around landscaped gardens. Residents will have a freedom to roam within a safe and secure environment of the highest quality and amenity value.

Our first site in Suffolk will begin construction in 2023 with completion 2024. We are already negotiating for our second site in Norfolk with further sites in Cambridgeshire and Essex.

CARE will be working with its sister company, Strawberry Care Ltd who will be responsible for the running of the villages.
